🎯 1 maand aan de slag bij Defensie! Wat een boeiende start: veel nieuwe info (lees: mijn brein kon het gelukkig nog aan 💪), toffe collega’s en een omgeving waarin ik het gevoel heb dat ik elke dag wel iets ga bijleren. Wat ik al in mijn rugzakje steek na deze eerste maand: 🌱 Groei, groei, groei! Het werkt aanstekelijk om nu al succesvolle aanwervingen te zien. Dit geeft me het gevoel dat ik meewerk aan iets groter dan mezelf en het motiveert om hier zelf op termijn actiever aan mee te werken. 📖 Mensen en hun verhalen. Deze job gaat me in contact brengen met boeiende mensen en hun uiteenlopende verhalen en kennis. Het is interessant om te ontdekken wie wat doet binnen zo’n grote organisatie als Defensie. 🍀Kleine gelukjes spotten. Met de trein naar het werk betekent meer kans op mooie zonsopgangen.
